Gaviscon Malaysia & Singapore were looking at social to help increase its relevance & awareness during CNY. Our data & insights team highlighted that during festive seasons, and Twitter exploded with chatter centred around behaviours that cause heartburn & indigestion. In other words, Gaviscon territory.

Throughout the festivities, we flooded Twitter with personalised real-time conversations centred around consumer behaviours that would cause heartburn & indigestion. If you tweeted about food, we replied. Smoking? The customised video replies proved to be a hit, with many consumers retweeting, replying and amplifying our message in social during CNY.
